ABOUT US

More Than Just A Gym

Our coach began training in boxing at the age of 8, developing a lifelong passion for the sport built on discipline, dedication, and respect. He has competed in nearly 200 fights, winning more than half of them, and became Southern Thailand Champion at a young age.

With almost 30 years of coaching experience, he has trained many fighters who went on to become champions in Thailand’s most prestigious stadiums, including Lumpinee and Rajadamnern.
Today, he teaches both traditional Muay Thai and international boxing, passing on not only technique, but also the true values of Muay Thai: respect, humility, and mental strength.

Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit, or a pro fighter preparing for a bout, our community welcomes you. Here, respect is earned through sweat, and bonds are forged in the ring.

No prior experience is required. Our Muay Thai training is suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. Coaches will guide you according to your fitness level and experience.

For beginners, comfortable sportswear and a water bottle are sufficient. As you progress, we recommend bringing your own hand wraps, gloves, and shin guards. Basic equipment may be available for beginners to use.

Muay Thai training sessions are conducted daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

No, sparring is not mandatory. It is optional and conducted under coach supervision. Beginners can focus on technique, fitness, and pad work without sparring.
